My name is Tyson, I'm the owner and operator. I will be who comes to give your quote. After witnessing my grandmother getting taken advantage of by a 'reputable' estate sale company I knew I could do better.

 

Instead of hoping the right people show up to your sale, our approach brings your items to a much bigger market. This allows us to give an offer up front, when other companies cannot.

The traditional approach doesn't mean you'll earn more money. This method cuts the middleman, who will sell most items at a steep discount then give the family a small cut. 

 

This is my way of serving my local community.

Keep everything contracts: they have the family sign away rights to the items that don't sell and overprice the premium items.

Friends and family: the company brings friends and family early to purchase the premium items for cheap.

​

Mobile storefront: the company brings items that didn't sell at the last sale to use your home as a store, meaning strangers might come into your house and purchase items with no money going to your family.

These practices are very sneaky, and I have seen companies employ all three of these shady tactics. Frankly writing this makes my blood boil.
