What to include
Please include the location of the estate, a general description of contents. Photos of the contents are much appreciated. We also need to know who owns the contents currently, we'll need their authorization. Please let us know if you're looking for a full service estate sale with the house cleared, or if you're looking for an alternative service. Lastly we would like to know if you're looking for a specific timeframe or not.
We are open to working with the family at a lower commission rate if they would like to be part of the sale. Our biggest advantage is our flexibility allowing us to take on more estates than a bigger company would.
